BIRTH REGISTRATION
Bunny Hop register newborn babies born
at various Netcare and Life Hospitals through
Durban and Pretoria at the Department of
Home Affairs. We apply for the abridged
birth certificate and either unabridged
or vault certificates if requested by the
parent. We also provide a complete birth
package where we register the baby directly
onto the parents medical aid and assist
with the maternity UIF benefit programme.
Should you require any assistance with the
above, please contact our offices.
We are pleased to announce that as of the
01st of September 2008 a percentage of every
birth registered by Bunny Hop documents
is given to the 1000 Hills Community Helpers.
Their vision is to improve the lives of
HIV/Aids infected and affected children
and adults through treatment, clinics, feeding
schemes, counseling, Home-based care, crèches
and support groups.

BIRTH -
MEDICAL AID REGISTRATION
Bunny Hop register newborn
babies, younger than 30 days on the medical
aid schemes listed below. This is done using
an abridged birth certificate together with
the relevant medical aid application form.
It is the responsibility of the parent to
confirm with their medical that the registration
has been done. Bunny Hop initiates the registration,
but does not do a follow-up. All supporting
registration documentation is kept on file
should we need to re-register the child
for any reason.
