VAULT
BIRTH, MARRIAGE AND DEATH CERTIFICATES
When applying for certain
foreign passports, for example Irish and
German, a Vault Birth Certificate is required.
This is a copy of the original "notice
of birth" that was filled in by the
child's Mother and Father when the child
was registered. This copy is then date stamped
and signed by the Department of Home Affairs.
