Processing of South African ID documents, both temporary and permanent, is done through our Durban office.

The Pretoria office does not process ID documents.

Requirements:

· Permanent ID documents take 8 - 12 weeks to process.

· Paperwork is done telephonically and an appointment is then arranged to have fingerprints verified at the Department of Home Affairs in Umgeni Road.

· Temporary ID documents are usually issued immediately (if fingerprint verification is approved) however, if the fingerprinting is not verified, they could take up to 10 working days to process.

Bunny Hop do not collect processed ID documents and our clients are requested to collect these from the Department of Home Affairs in Umgeni Road, Durban.
