CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES

in South Africa
We are able to assist with
the processing of South African
Police Clearance Certificates.
SAP clearance certificates are
finalizes within 21 –
35 working days. SAP certificates
could take the full processing
time of 35 working days and
longer in cases where there
are criminal records or where
backlogs have developed within
the criminal record section.
We do endeavor to finalize all
applications as quickly as possible.
Once the application is finalized
it is couriered to our Durban
offices from where we dispatch
to our clients using courier
or registered mail. This is
an additional service and is
charged for separately. If you
would like a quotation of this
service, please forward your
full postal or physical address
and we will get prices for this
off to you.
Please note that if you are
paying from abroad to please
include an additional R 125.00
(over and above the cost of
the certificate) to cover the
forex exchange to Rands (please
ignore this note if you are
paying from a local SA bank
account).

receipt for R 59.00 which
is payable to the station
commander when you have
the prints taken
· A certified
copy of your SA ID book
