BENEFIT CLAIMS
Bunny Hop documents alleviate the frustration
of mothers-to-be, and those who have already
given birth from standing in long queues
for submission of their UIF applications.
Bunny Hop will lodge all initial submissions,
follow-ups and monthly submissions for payment.
According to the regulations, all valid
contributors on maternity leave earning
less than 58% of there salary have the right
to claim from the UIF.
Step 1: Get the documents ready for Bunny
hop to take over.
Before mothers can claim, mothers need
to get the following documents ready to
hand over, courier or register mail to our
offices

2.3 to completed by the doctor
· 4 x UI –
4 forms for follow–ups
· Copy of
your 13 digit bar-coded ID
· Copy of
Marriage certificate
· 3 months
latest payslips
· 3 months
latest Bank statements (no joint account
allowed)
· Our service
fee of R 500.00 covering all your UIF maternity
benefit payments
